What Will It Be?

I spent today at home, re-arranging my medieval klickies, but a friend was in Parkersburg, WV, & said h'de stop at Classic Plastics to see if they were holding any Playmobil for me. (We have a nice arrangement worked out.) A short while ago my friend sent me these pics, so apparently he was lucky! He doesn't know what it is & says there is no label. While I'm waiting in anticipation for him to return, I thought I'd see if anybody wanted a go at identifying this. 

I'll post better pics later. What do you think? I see a green carry-case....

This is wonderful. It is very nearly complete. It is only missing the girl klickie, the mole & hole, the carrots, & both turnips & tops. It even came with an extra - a black wolf with red eyes & open mouth, that I can't identify yet.

I hope to order the missing parts from DS.

A question for Tim, or anyone else! The girl klickie is identified on the DB as being part 40 11 1660. Is that possible? Do ALL part numbers begin with 30? (I need to know the correct # for DS ordering.)

1. Yes, that's the right part number.
2. 40 numbers are less common than 30 ones. Some think these might be manufactured in China.
3. You might get it from DS in the US. Its not listed as available on playmobil.co.uk, very few klickies are, but many are nevertheless available. Let me know if you want me to ask!

Yes, please do. I checked the website & was told it was out of stock in the UK, but perhaps you can find out otherwise. TX!

I made substitutes for all the missing parts & came up with this:

There needs to be one white turnip instead of a red, & the girl klickie has happily been substituted with with a spare boy klickie, but it's essentially all there (except for a mole).

TX Tim. That's definitely the one. The sets it's included in look pretty amazing. I might have to track some of them down before they get much older. Right now it's hanging out with Vikings.

40 numbers are less common than 30 ones. Some think these might be manufactured in China.

I have some parts starting with 40-numbers and all originating from US exclusive pirates´ sets, and when compared with exactly the same parts starting with 30 from other sets there is a very slight quality difference, the 30-ones look a little bit nicer/better finished.

So I believe it is very possible that parts starting with number 30 are China-made... Maybe it was once a test or something, to check if it were possible to start a qualitative production-facility overthere?
I remember people talking about other US exclusive sets which also contained several 40-numbers and the sets looked less standard-quality (there were several such vechicle sets, one was a firetruck).

Sofar I also have never been able to order any 40-part from DS Belgium (which passes on orders directly to DS Germany from where they are shipped).
