The turtles are new and so is the hammer shark, but the orka whale and the sperm whale have been available for a long time. I decided to buy them now, so my daughter can play with them in the bath tub when she's older.
The orka is weighed down with something heavy inside. Cool! And they can all open their mouths. Ha, just realized English doesn't really have a different word for the mouth of an animal. It sounds a bit weird to me, saying the whales have mouths

I also bought the water element (6424). I could do with an even bigger one, or at least several smaller ones that would fit into each other. Alas, it has an odd shape.
From the Direct Service I ordered parts belonging to the western farm house and the ranch. The ranch is no longer available, but the parts for the fence are, luckily! The white parts are lovely because my old sets are still good but the white has faded to an ugly shade of yellow. The white fence is really pretty with the old white holiday house too.
For some reason, since the last year or two, I've been getting extra pieces with almost every set I buy. This time, this is what was left over:
I'm super excited about my new buys and can't decide what kind of dio to do next. Western? Holiday resort? Big city with lots of houses?
