As stated at the beginning there are more views in my set at Flickr, which can be accessed by clicking any of the images.

If you have questions about anything just ask! There is a lot there. It was a fun diorama to do, and made something different form the workshops I have done before. Lots of new things used this time around, and got ot use some other stuff that has been sitting around a while but never makes it into scenes.

I also have a Creche scene this year, but haven't gotten the photos online yet, lighting is not as good in that part of the house. I will try again this weekend.

So wonderful! Beautiful pictures, each with many special details. A great layout with the crowds watching the hockey, and the different food stores and the cable car ride up the mountain. Loved the tree and wreath stores too.

I love the huskies pulling the sled! Cannot imagine how many klickies you have used to create the diorama! An awesome achievement, so impressive!

This is so good, with so many clever details.  My favourite things:

- The mountain
- Elves playing Ice Hockey
- The goalkeepers (I presume) with the protective helmets and padding
- The parking meters, and the No Dogs sign
- Rudolph the lead reindeer with the red nose!
- The child at the yellow table being more interested in something she's seen than in her drink
- Red and green festive fencing
- The condiments for the hot dogs
- Magazines in the toilet!
- Trees for sale
- The steaming cauldron - that is especially wonderfully done
- The superb troll
- Inside the drinks shop
- And the other shop interiors - especially the pizza toppings

And on flikr:

 - The little brown bird on the snow covered branch of the grey tree
- The closer views of the climbers on the mountainside.
- The blue tree with the frosted leaves
- The cookies/cake shop interior - I love the idea for stacking the donuts - brilliant!

What a warm and creative diorama. Your pictures are so nice. i love the elves playing ice hockey with audience matching their colors!
The bakery is such a nice nostalgic place while the cool guys run the bar.
That guy at the cable car taking a break looks like he needs one.

Just one question? Did I miss Santa or is he having a break too?

Great diorama, good that everyone including the Elves get a chance to relax  nice selection of stalls and food places all well laid out. I particularly like the hockey set up using the different coloured Elves as different teams, the Santa troll/ogre? in his cave, the man pointing out the no dogs sign to the guy with his husky sled oh yes and also the steaming cauldron and the Santa/Viking hat 

Just one question? Did I miss Santa or is he having a break too?
