Where does that clicky come from?

We were at a car boot sale today and I found a nice array of clickies for cheap.



Does anybody have an idea which set the clicky on the right comes from? He kinda looks western meets indian  ???

Yes his indian-like sweater and cowboy-like boots had me confused. Looks like a nice little set he comes from too. I had never noticed him before.
