Birdie,

The fence looks like the same one from the African Safari sets. Am I right BB???
I'm glad that I'm not the only one :)

Thank you Birdie! Yes, you're right, that fence came from the safari sets. I had just enough of it.

Wow, like everyone else has said, soooo many details to look at.  I love the drug raid, and is this a first, a topless klickie?  I love that you included the ferris wheel as part of the boardwalk. Everyone looks like they are having so much fun.

One quick question, which set did the silver "point and shoot" camera come in?  I have only seen the big black SLR style cameras.

I wondered if anyone would notice her. She's the hula girl F?gure with her skirt removed... she has a lei in the front, but her back is bare. It reminded me of how some women undo their bikini top in the back to avoid tan lines.

I had to look it up, but I finally found it. It came with the hotel shuttle bus. http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=5267 It's one of my favorite little items, really.

There was also one in this year's regular Advent calendar (at least I think that was the set it came out of... it was definitely a Christmas set that I have it in since I was working on my Christmas sets when I found that I had one).
I'm glad that I'm not the only one :)

A very succesful joint project. I really enjoyed the pictures. The water is so beautiful. My favourite shots are the brave black puppy on the waves. You're nautical gift stand is so cute and all those different kinds of boats you have, so very impressive.

Tanks for sharing!

I can't say I have ever noticed! :-[

I love this layout. The OMG girl said it all!
The water was my favourite part, especially the wake of the speedboat and the animals and people half in and half out. I also like that little breakwater of grey ballast pieces (the ones which look like they have been chewed).
The angle of the klickys' heads often says such a lot in this layout- the judgemental fitness parents is a good example!

I have been thinking of doing an aquarium, so I can't wait to see how a Playmo Master does it!
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)

Thank you guys!

Graham, I'm afraid the aquarium might be in the rather distant future... it's third in line behind my zoo restaurant and my reptile building. In fact I haven't even really worked out a solid plan for it yet. The restaurant will be very soon... I just need to paint a few more chairs and then I'll be able to put it together. I'll look forward to seeing how you do your aquarium, too.

The hula girl!  She was a perfect addition to the beach.

Thanks for the link for the camera,  it is a perfect touch, because very few folks carry traditional cameras anymore.
