I like the Playmobil helm for spanish conqueror Time....but....
As a good inconformist....I prefer one more reallistic....

Hey Javi! I'd seen it on FB before and commented there also.
This helmet is much more like the real ones, definitely nicer looking too! Though not my period -16th century's a bit too late- I quite like the general outfit of the Conquistadores with their pointed belly armors and shorts-like leg armor. They must have been an ipressive sight for the folks of South America (what were they? Incas? Olmeques? Tolteques? Mayas? I can never be sure!).

This helmet is good for many Nations on 16th. Century....and of course for spanish conquerors 
You are rigth with all the names of the "indians"....there are many many tribes....and normally at war with each other 

- Cheng....All my pieces are hand made, I don´t use the 3D technology.
With 2 exceptions....thanks to Arnaud I can finished one arab helmet and one macedonian helmet....
To paint.....I don´t have problems to paint resin or 3D plastic

I can answer that. Resin is by far smoother, but both resin and 3D prints need a primer coating.

Sorry but this time I´m not agree....

I´m not a "fan" of the primer coat.
This is good when you have a modell with many parts of different color glued or if you put caulk on joints.
With the primer you can see if you make a good job on joints with the sandpaper....and you have a entire surface with the same color....then, the colours have a good effect....because many paints are translucent....no opaque.
For this reason....if you want bright colors....you need a clear surface.
The power of adhesion of a primer coat is the same of a normal paint....we don´t win nothing....we only make a more gross coat.
For a good adhesion....better make a previous work with a very soft sand paper....and clean of grease the surface before paint.
A last trick to paint our Playmo.parts.....use a final coat of satin varnish ....satin is like playmo-plastic....no gloss....no matt

All this opinions are good to paint plastic .....but if we want paint a real car scale 1/1....or tin soldiers.....this is another cuestion...
