"The Western Meeting House"

This building had many uses in a typical American Western town.

It was the town hall, the church, the school, the meeting house for political and social events, and it could even be used as a courtroom. This was a community building built and used by all of the local townspeople.

Richard they are so pretty, very beautiful> I could imagine living in such peaceful settings.  Keep sharing!  I am bidding on some Eskimos and igloos as we speak!  I am so wanting a church, the blue adds a lovely relief to the other buildings, cheers SQ   :) :)

Richard, thanks for the linky - unfortunately I've only access to OS-X ... still, the original Windows QuickTake s/w runs fine in XP, it's just a pain converting the QTK one at a time.

oh, those close-ups bring brings back memories of snapping on the close-up lens and lining up the parallel lines/distance gauge (think I use a black credit-card to fit between the arrows in the viewfinder) ;D
