Looks like a good set with some nice equipment a pity the dog chewed one of the dumbells although at least they didn't swallow it since it's no doubt a very small piece, the upper body thing I've used something like that when we did gym/swimming in school we used it to do step exercises I've never used one with the elastic for the arms though it does look familiar, so I would imagine Playmofire is right that it would work on a similar principle. The Klicky is nice particularly with that good use of add on hairpieces which could be slotted on top and neat idea with the gym bag, I agree though they could have perhaps inclduing more accessories like the water bottle or perhaps an energy bar  ;)

Too bad that the bar for the Olympic Weightlifter has a curve in it... you could create quite a little gym with this set and that one.
I'm glad that I'm not the only one :)

I'm planning to use it anyway (I somehow have three of them now). I was thinking I might take the handle off a rake or something to make a straight bar.

There's a good idea!  You could use the "gun racks" off of the pickup trucks to help create a weight bench.
