5615 Tow Truck

Hey guys! I just got this tow truck for the kiddo. He saw it and just about died. Had to have it. Used it as collateral to get his room cleaned. Haha. So I wanted to show it off.



This is the box and the truck and pieces outside of the box. Small box. A couple pieces. Two stickers for the front and back of the license plate.



Here's a close up of the klicky.  Looks a little too... "Pretty Boy" to be a tow truck driver, but I like him. Like the painting on the pants, the belt. I like his jacket.



Back end.



Truck put together with the klicky standing next to it. Took me about 5 minutes to put it together on the bathroom floor while kiddo was taking a bath. lol.

Kiddo freshly cleaned and filling up the truck with a family of people he had on hand. Ready to get this thing moving.



Has 4 seats inside of it. Kiddo filled it up. Has a bit of room in the bed of the truck. He wanted to put a bike back there lol.

Over all, for the $20 price value I paid for it Im happy with it and so is the kid. Couldnt wait to get home today and play with it.

One question, does anyone know if the little attachment at the back of the truck can actually hook to anything and tow it?

That's the standard trailer hitch so it should fit any Playmobil trailer that the height matches up. Thanks for the review, it's a nice looking pickup.

Yeah, the 20 price was good for us. I try not to buy to much during the year, unless Im feeling extra generous or work a little over time because I usually go TO crazy at Christmas time lol.. But he saw this and just went crazy. And he was good about waiting until payday so I said sure, why not.. Hes been playing with it nonstop since.. lol

Thanks for the review - I like these new cars, but don't have any YET...

Great looking truck with a nice review. I am pretty sure this is a normal crew cab pick up truck and not a tow truck. With it being a modern truck the "pretty boy" is very fitting. As Tim said the trailer hitch is meant for trailers, such as the camping one.

Did you find it at TRU? At $20 we will get a few and perhaps paint some different colors. Does it look like it is possible to re-paint it easily?

Nice review and set it looks like a very nice looking truck nice that you can assemble the wheels yourself (I used to have loads of fun doing pretend pitstops with my F1 car taking the tyres on and off). The Klicky's also very appealing got a nice modern fresh look to him. Good to see your kid's having such a lot of fun with his truck just as it's meant to be  :)
