Mc Donalds might indeed not be the best one. Can always include fat clickies with it though.  ;)

All joking aside, promotions can be done in other ways. Maybe coöperations with kindergartens, creating a special learning package designed just for this, featuring playmobil?

Gotta say that I do agree with other people's comments about associating Playmobil with a more heallthy food ditributor or indeed promoting it with something else entirely, although I am probably biased since I've grown up on a healthy vegetarian diet not eating at many places such as McDonalds at least from what I've seen they do seem to be trying to encourage kids to eat healthily with their happy meals focusing on water/juice drinks and healthy snacks

In fact, the Playmobil |Fun Park in Malta has a healthy eating policy.  There's a thread on PF about it somewhere.

There might be a problem with small parts even if no accessories were included- most children can probably remove a hairpiece with their teeth (especially if they put the klicky in their mouth in preference to the MuckNuggets or whatever) and that would seem an ideal piece to block a windpipe....

I suspect McDonalds would rather not get back into the Playmobil scandal scenario, even if it were cost effective. Result!
