they have taken our Lord's head!!

soon everyone will be running around in the castle like headless chicken(s) while many who can't take it would have committed sepukku (suicide , 'ceremonially')...like an ant hill without a Queen, many samurai(s) will leave as Ronins(masterless samurai) wandering for the rest of their lives. The enemy who managed to kill this Lord would have proudly taken his head back to his own Lord for 'inspection' and a great reward and celebration back home.....only leaderless klickies can still smile ;D

I really like the white headbands... and those things on their legs... is it.. uhm.. that rubberish tube thing that shrinks with heat?

Great customs and a nice scene but some one needs to tell them they have been duped, there's no head in there and when they bring back a headless helmet the dictator is surely to decapitate the pranksters

No, Ras, they are the supporters pf the dead samurai and have brought his empty helmet back to his castle as proof of his death.

 :'(Aw poor guys thanks for the info they're brave though clearly to carry on going and smiling, great outfits a the lead guy in blue looks absolutely great overlal and those blue shorts are really cool as well also like the way you've used the pirates vest and the sheepskin waistcoat  :)
