The figure styling looks too much like LEGO Friends series to me. The body proportions have been elongated. It would be a very bad idea for Playmobil to change their figure proportions after 40 years of having everything work together. Hopefully it is just for the animation and not reflecting anything Playmobil is going to do.

The knight and agent are males and the fairy and pirate are females - it is hard to tell, but the girls have eyelashes.  ;)
I have a bad feeling about this  . . .

 I never noticed the eyelashes
They all look girls to me, and the names don't help me I think. Anyway, I don't mean it's a bad thing. I just think one could have had a beard or something ... there are plenty to choose from the Playmobil catalogue of possibilities.

The clickies that advertise the shopping mall look a lot like this. I really don't like those either.

But I'm pretty sure Playmobil won't go in that direction regarding the ACTUAL clickies.  :prays:

Thanks Karim for more news. The concept sounds great but it looks funny. Will be patiently waiting for more updates. I agree that they all look feminine. The long slender bodies do not help.
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

We should be. This latest "dress up" thing is NOTHING playmolike...

Seems terrible to me-considering it's supposed to be "playmobil-ish"...
And what are they going to do, bring out a toyline based on ANOTHER toyline??? ???

I'm beginning to lose "feel" with Playmobil. :(

Yes, YES, and YES!

The LEGO Friends series is repugnant to me (and I like LEGO.)  :'(

The information provided by Karim seems to indicate that this project is being driven by the production team that developed and marketed the TV series rather than by Playmobil.  They would need Playmobil's permission and cooperation, of course, and Playmobil may make some figures and/or sets to complement the TV series (just as they make exclusives for various retailers) but I believe hope that they will not go the LEGO Friends route and radically change the appearance of the basic klicky.

Thank you so much, Karim, for keeping us posted about this project - you always have something new and interesting to share with the collector community!   :hatoff:

I am so glad that this topic was able to generate such lively discussions and will for sure continue to do so until these most intriguing TV Series are being released on TV  ;)

Hmm, I'd rather have the Playmobil World MMORPG. Morgen Studios was working on that.
