Dalmatian family

A more or less simple one: the adult ones are original parts, the puppies are airbrushed white silk matt; spots had been added with a brush (black silk matt).

Excellent custom, Jochen, and beautifully posed and photographed.  The planners at Playmobil will be saying, "Now how do we introduce Dalmatians into a theme?"  (The answer for the US market is in fire and rescue as the Dalmatian is rather like a fire brigade mascot over there.)

They are sooooo cute! :inlove:

You say they are simple customs, but the standard of your paintwork would not be so easy to copy. Great job, as always, Jochen!! 8-)

And I think the idea of introducing Dalmations into the firefighter theme would be a real winner! :D

I just hope Playmobil are reading this and taking notes! ;)

Oh, really, dalmatians are also used in fire rescue? Great! Because this pic is only a by-product of a different "story"/photo I want to take last night but couldn't finished due to lack of time. I was wondering yesterday if this kind of dog is used for rescues and wasn't sure (here in Germany/Europe(?) we only see different kind of dogs for rescue). So I decided to use German shepards, but in this case I should change my plans ...

:hmm: I don't know -- these are only some spots, not needing any accuracy. Maybe people should be more self-confident and try by their own to do so  :P

Anyway thanks for the praise  :D.
Still spurs me on seeing that you like my stuff for making further tems ...

Sorry, I didn't make it clear what I meant.  The dalmatian is seen in the US as the sort of station dog, I suppose the pet of the firemen.  It isn't a working dog like the German Shepherd and spaniels and labradors are.

Great puppies Jochen. Of course I will be wanting to put their picture up at ANimobil. :) It's been a while since I have added a new custom to the gallery.

Feel free to do so. In case you want a pic with a newtral background, please give me a hint (this will last for sure some time to do so).
