Lady Liberty's tour around NYC

Lady Liberty with souvenirs by AgeOwns.com, on Flickr

It was my son's first visit to New York City, so we packed our Lady Liberty and took photos of her enjoying the sights as we did.
(Thanks Pippa!)

Check out the Full gallery of photos  (Slimer came on the trip too)

Lady Liberty falls from the top of Top of the Rock by AgeOwns.com, on Flickr

My heart skipped a beat when I stood her on the edge and a gust of wind blew her over. Luckily she fell where I was standing I could grab her.
My son held her in his hand for the final shot.

Great pics :)

(what's "the moon"?)

:o Gods.

I almost never let go of Boomer Click on those occasions... and even so, got a scare or two - but nothing of that... magnitude.

Funny pictures, especially those with Slimer  ;D The pictures remind me of my trip to NYC: *nostalgic sigh*

But you almost lost the Lady in a tragic accident - Eek!  :o

Tahra, the moon was a model outside of the planetarium at the Museum of Natural History.
(It's Neil Degrasee Tyson's planetarium! But he's wasn't home. Perhaps zooming around the Cosmos)

Awesome idea!  Glad that you didn't lose her in the fall.

BTW I LOVE the picture of Slimer in front of Ladder 8's quarters!
I'm glad that I'm not the only one :)
