I remember you made a similar diorama on the occasion of your daughter's baptism, but I can spot many differences and added details.
The tiny gifts wrapped in cloth, what are those? Do you also hand out "sugar beans" when a child is born, like we do in Belgium?  :)

The font looks really good, and that priest, of course.
And the photography is stunning, yet again.
