I suppose all depend of the interest we have . Sure the old house vintage and first caltle are really beautifull , sure the 3666 is the best to create big one or medieval town or an town with old house , we see recently 2 wonderfuls diorama in spain who show us how it could be beautifull and also look real . The possibility to make big house and to change things are really limited , the number of parts as well , theses house are small and it's a bit like the western : very beautifull outside and very difficult to do the inside and not easy to put a lot of furniture in : a bed and a table with 2 click ...
In the beginig of system x , there was fews moulds and not many possibility , i agree theses holes was not pleasant for the eyes but it not worth than lego with cube everywhere ! Now we have a lot of roofs (build a town with one roof will be bad , i wait a long time before taking my decision in putting a lot of money in this project ) , a lot of differents possibility for door and windows , furniture start to be more important as well . It's very different : for me system x is more a concept who play with stereotipes parts , it's not so important to be near reality but representation of reality is what we can do with it . At house we like creativity , playmobil is a way to do something else but we are really not interesting (and we cannot ...) in bying 10000 roman and 500 tents , it's easy if you have money to do a diorama of 1000 m2 but i can see the same at the supermarket and i will stay 5 mm to watch that (no surprise , nothing new) , that's why we break and create new things with playmobils , as you see my building are also made with the idea of what i will put inside . When i will finish this town (100 buidings ) , i will do an exhibition : lots of surprise , hours to look at all details and all buiding differents with lot of style , social critique as well : impossible to do that with steak !! i have an old centrum with streak for my town but i don't need a lot , too boring , it's nice but always the same wall ...
If you ask me what is beautifull for me : steak ; what is more creative : system x . In fact we are not interesting in copy reality , we like stereotipes ; for me playmobil is a toy made for that , if we wanna make something who look reel , we will choice other thing or toy (i don't know) but no playmobil . I feel a bit proud of that : you don't like system x but you like my buiding so there must be something who work in our way to play with that toy ! I think lot's of people change their point of vue about system x seing my building and what is possible to make , i really hope geobra won't stop this system and will make new parts ! ps : maybe our wallet can talk together , mine feel very "empty" too and is near suicide .
