She is one of the few female characters in the entire Star Wars trilogy with a speaking part - just as the rebel transports are escaping from the Imperial blockade of the planet Hoth she coordinates the defensive fire to assist

and here is the upcoming official figure.  Hopefully I can find her in TRU this spring...otherwise it's ebay time.

That is soooo awesome!!!   I'm a huge Star Wars fan and Empire is my favorite movie (duh).  I absolutely love that line. "Stand by ion control"  So she's getting the Hasbro treatment too... I stopped collecting Star Wars when I started collecting Playmobil.  I might have to get her to complete my Hoth base collection.  She'll go great with General Reikeen.

I don't know anything about star wars, but she looks excellent! Very inventive, the way you found a solution for her hair and jacket. It totally works.

Just one more figure, el jefe, just one more and she can complete your Hoth series with Riekeen.   Now that was a figure that came with great accesories (the tactical console pictured) that can also be used cross platform by Klicky figures.  Strangely enough some Playmobil parts were used in service of my Hasbro Hoth diorama - namely the bike grate and the command console from the DS fire station that came with bunk beds and sliding pole.  I only wish I ordered more of those when they were available very cheaply from DS.

birdie, thanks the vest was from an ebay purchase a while back that just resurfaced recently but they only seem to fit male torsos.  Did female Klickies just drown back then?

She looks very good and accurate as well and the new figure looks as though it'll be a nice addition as well, I must confess that though I've watched the Star Wars movies several times when they've been on TV my knowledge on the lesser known characters is well  not very good but, I like her as I say she looks good

Playmobil doesn't go the licensing route like Lego and strangely enough I don't mind it.  It actually is very stimulating to discover for myself something from canon Playmobil that is simpatico with other toy lines but in a very Playmobil way of course.

I don't remember the character (though I've seen most SW movies several times - my sister really likes them) she seems accurate to your pics

Never occurred to me to use a life vest as something else... She has a male torso?  We try to avoid those, but on occasion, it's the only way.
