Friendly greetings from Germany
« on: September 23, 2013, 19:46:26 »
At first, I am very pleased to be a member here now  :).

I followed this forum already in the past as a guest and now I thought it would be good idea to become member here to have the possibility to discuss with people from all over the globe about my passion Playmobil.

When I was a small boy I loved to play with my Western and Pirates sets. That was in the mid/late 80s. Unfortunatelly, me and my older brothers we sold our complete Playmo on the flea market. My brothers played a lot with Playmo Space btw.

Today, I have two little boys (6 and 3) and my wife would say, I am still a great child at heart. For about two years I started again with Playmobil when my older son got his first sets of the actual Knights theme. Overnight, the same passion for Playmobil was there again and up till now we have collected a respectable number of sets I would say.
Mostly from Western, Knights and Pirates/Soldiers. But I also like the Future Planet theme very much, personally.

Btw, hopefully there will be an awesome set available next year for the 40th anniversary.

Ok, thats all for the moment and I look forward for some friendly discussions etc. with you.

CU,
Klaas

Welcome from the netherlands.

I'd advice you to check the Direct Service from the playmobil website if you havent already.

They have many wonderfull sets there for all those themes. A medieval bakery, blacksmith and museum, a beautifull schooner, a saloon, a western church and many other great stuff for those themes that cant be found in the stores.
