LORDSBURG 1864-Part 5...Fort Apache

Hi everyone!
This is the 5th part of 7 dioramas of the collection ''LORDSBURG 1864''. Here there is the Fort Apache, which is placed north-west of Lordsburg, in the state Arizona.
I hope you like it!
Friendly,
Ntanny

Impressive!
Love the creative use of the parts on that "gatling tower"... And the lone arrow on the roof. And the line of guys to eat, of course!
Also, a great mix of the new and the ancient klickys. Works very well.
(I see the hated Custer there?)

Maybe I liked him when I was little, and indians were always the bad guys, in those ancient (great, simple) westerns. After reading North And South I developed a hate for the guy. Ridiculous, I suppose, based on a work of fiction, and regarding someone long long dead. Still...

Great looking fort, I really like how creatively its designed in its setup!
First thought those soldiers where in a conga line before noticing the plates and the food at the start of the line though.

Apologies for the late reply, a conga line is something of a dance where everyone puts their hands on the shoulders of the person before them.
I believe its called the conga in english.. we call it the polonaise here in the Netherlands.

Your fort really takes up little space yet packs so much detail and levels inside. Quite informative and so many inspiring ideas. Thanks for sharing!
