Here he is.  His transport has been upgraded to a jeep and he also has a red trailer to go with it.

As you can see, his visor is unique to him and is quite different from other visors for the fireifighters, police and motorcyclists, as it gives full face protection against flying splinters etc.

He is great Gordon.  He would be right at home in any forest scene.

I must admit he's a favourite of mine, Joe, especially with that 1970s macho moustache.

I remember trying to grow one like it back in the 70's, that and sideburns .

He looks great good that they gave him a full face visor and plenty of accesories, I also like the fallen tree with part of the bark shaved off, personally though I always liked the look of the Lumberjack from the special:

Obviously a smaller set so not as heavy on accessories but, I really like the outfit and the little flask very fitting for a lumberjack.

That Special was a couple of years before I started collecting.  I shall add axes etc., flask and sandwich box to my guy too.

playmofire, thanks for the pictures of the lumberjack. I just received a DS order last week that included what I thought was a chainsaw. I was showing it to my husband who told me that no, I hadn't ordered a chainsaw, but instead a hedge trimmer! He was explaining to me the difference in the way the blade was facing, but it only really sank in when I saw your pictures!  :-[

So my own lumberjack is apparently woefully ill-equipped for the job!

Maybe he's just learning the trade and starting with hedges and working up!   ;D

PM me your address and I'll seed you a chainsaw; I have a number of spares.
