Indeed these suggestions sound far better than Playmobils a few there which catch my attention the Beekeeper I immediately thought brilliant idea, Dwarf smithie and Gladiator both great to add variety to those themes.

Frankenstein such a brilliant classic idea it's hard to believe it hasn't been done before in fact I know monster sets have been discussed in other topics but, here's  an idea wouldn't a seperate monsters mystery series be a really good idea? loads of potential monsters to cast in Playmobil and the potential to mix them up and create your own monster would surely really appeal to kids.

There's so many ideas which would be great done in Playmobil hard to pick just a few, the Sailor with singal flags makes me think of the first issue Action Man basic sailor in his Navy blues and bellbottoms who you could buy additional flags for including a set with yellow and red signal and a lifejacket that's the first thing I think of when I saw that, speaking of which best not mention the school girl suggestion to the guys at Botanics would definately get them excited with their dirty minds enough said  :-[ ::) :P  >:D

ALL the suggestions on this page are FAR better than what the mystery figures have been for the upcoming series which have been revealed yet we can not talk about...

Especially with relation to the boy figures.
_______________
The boys have been largely disappointing. I wish they had more multicultural and historical figures.

Great suggestions so far everyone. I would add:

1. A Jester - I never got the Special version, so it could be cool to have another.
2. A Knight - without crazy colours or overzealous printing.

And not that I like the figures that are based on other franchises or real people, but if they are going to continue this trend - and it looks like they are - I think these could come with some useful parts or be used in other ways:

1. Flynn Rider / Eugene Fitzherbert - The hair on the recent Rapunzel wasn't all that great, but if they released a character in clothing similar to Eugene's, at least we'd have another non-warrior Medieval figure. Tangled wasn't really fully Medieval though, of course...
2. Elsa - She is a character in the new Disney film Frozen. They seem to like characters from Disney films for their princesses in the Fi?ures line, and she is one of a Norwegian sort of ancestry. I think this would be a cool figure.

Grim Reaper would be great.
Again, that one has been done- in Series 1.

btw Pynedor, if you want a jester Special (4610) I have one available (not MISB): see http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=13151.0
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)

Thanks, I saw your sale earlier, and I probably would have bought it if all the other things I wanted weren't all taken by el jefe first.

I never really thought of that as a Grim Reaper. I guess that is their version of a Grim Reaper though, so we can probably count that out as a future possibility.

Yep, I got some good specials!   I usually come too late to members' sales and all the good stuff is always gone.  When I saw Graham's sale and no response yet, I was like "oh yeah" and snatched up the goods.   ;D

You know a figure I'd like to see made is a Civil War drummer boy.

That one looks more like an executioner. I'm guessing Rhalius meant a figure with a black cloak and a scythe.

I would've taken you up on that jester if I hadn't just made a big Playmobil order. Hopefully he'll find a good home.

There was an Executioner (red hood, big axe) AND a Grim Reaper (Black cloak, bright yellow scythe) in Series 1 ! :)
