Pirates: gathering a crew for the Poseidon.

There have been plans for pirate stories quite a while, but I have too many pirates for what I have in mind to make them all part of the main crew. I'd like to use a smaller crew that goes on all kinds of adventures, so that everyone in the crew can contribute to the story.

I already have a name and personality in mind for every one of them, so I need a little advice for who you guys like the most. 

Captain Alfonso.

Quite a greedy captain who is not at all troubled by putting his crew in harm's way. When hes not busy bossing around his crew he tends to mutter about having to do things himself to do it properly. Quite a grumpy fellow who likes to see results sooner rather than later.

Captain Warren Peterson.

A calm and rather laid back captain who gives his crew great freedom and is content just enjoying a drink or taking a nap while his crew occasionly look for him to provide council when they need him. He's a wise man but seems content to let his crew make their own mistakes and learn from them.

Captain Pete Grey.

A veteran plunderer who remains calm even in crisis, and fights alongside his men. He's quite the adventurer and sees treasure as a nice reward for a long and exiting search for it.

Captain Bill Black.

Fancies himself quite the gentleman pirate and is quite calm usually, but is prone to panic if he loses his hat or something happens to it. He's really quite fond of his fancy hat.

(un)lucky Tim.

For some reason, Tim seems plagued by great misfortune and is often thought to be captured, killed, abandoned or otherwise in trouble, yet somehow he always seems to miraculously escape, survive, finding treasure or otherwise being lucky when nobody is expecting to see him again.

Russel.

An adventurous fellow, he mostly just enjoys being on the sea and having all kinds of exiting adventures. Finding treasure is just a nice bonus.

Ryan the Red.

Bold, brave, Brash and as fiery as his red hair. He's quite a good sailor and always eager to get into trouble.

Leon the Silent.

Grumpy and usually not saying much unless its to complain about the current situation. He sticks by his fellow pirates though, and does try to help him even if he wouldnt admit it.

Jimmy.

Perhaps not quite all there and having the enthusiasm of a child, Jimmy is always happy no matter what and can't seem to be in a bad mood. Not exactly the brightest, he's usually the one scrubbing the deck and doing other tasks quite happily which the others wouldnt want to be doing.

Steve.

Quite at home climbing all over the ship, in trees and practicly anywhere. He prefers to find quiet spots to take the occasional nap.

Morris.

A born follower, Morris just agrees with whoever comes up with a plan and tends to often repeat what others are saying. Always following orders.

Pedro.

While not quite a tool such as Jimmy, Pedro is not the brightest either. he's rather gullible and for some reason seems to believe everything he is told.

Sebastian.

A skilled cannoneer, Sebastian despises fighting up close and prefers to just shoot from a distance with a canon, or with pistols if need be. He's also quite greedy, especially when it comes to food but gold comes in a close second.

Samuel Fisher.

He just likes to fish, and tries to do so even at the most inappropriate times. He's quite good at cooking fish too, and prefers to eat nothing else but fish.

Thomas Waters.

Exellent sailor who can manouvre a ship anywhere he wants to, hes most comforteable at the steering wheel.

Raskar.

A pirate of native american origin, Raskar is an expert with all kinds of knives and is quite good at laying ambushes. He's quite at home in the jungles.

Akiro.

An exellent swordsmen from the far east who found his way to the carribean. Always ready and eager to fight and quite impulsive at that, jumping into battle no matter what the odds are.

John Falcon

A daring pirate who has taken risks and does his best to keep others safe. Hence hes missing a leg and an eye. He's quite popular with the other pirates though, and has a thing for Emily.

Emily

She fancies shiny things and is quite fond of jewelry. She's also fond of John Falcon, the two of them are a couple.

Abdul

His sharp eyes see many things, and he can often be found in the crow's nest or scouting ahead.

Paco

A bit of a daredevil, and quite a good hunter.

Jacob and James.

Twin boys who like the thrill of being at sea and going on adventure. While they don't do any fighting they try to help out in their own way.
