I sell a bit custom in France , it's a way to pay (a little bit !!) what we need in playmobils . The first problem was to not have all theses doubles , when you buy kg to get one little part , you must do that ....
Understand it's difficult to earn 1E on one custom so selling a buiding like that mean you lose money , i'm sure !! considering the time i spend to do that , i won't sell that to a collector (who most of the time want the butter and the cremiere ...) (a collector is a seller who keep things very long time , a kind of speculator , no ? I don't know ? I respect it -everybody is free !-but i reall don't understand people who don't open their box ! ) You know : each time i sell someting , i do better for me so ....
We just take a part of a room for that but it's too small .... I really don't know how much i spend for that town but playmobil are not cheap to do 1 M2 like that !!! It's a small figure and i prefer compare with a big barbie than a small lego .... (better for me

To answer your question : i build a town with an organisation , all accessories stay in all shop and it will be a geant toy for my 2 daughters when i will be able to take a picture of all . After that , Emmy (my daughter) will take care of it and i know she won't let me change what she do (i build the buiding and make a scene for my pictures , after that , it's not my toy anymore , i have pleasure to build and imagine , she like making story ) We have a project with this town but i won't speak about it now , each things in time .
Thanks for your answer , just understand i'm fed up to read nonsense about me especially in Uchronys , they write i'm a vile seller who doesn't have playmobil at house they do bad communication about me since the Malone post and sometimes people who don't know me say they know me better than me ..... Now , when i have one doubt , i answer immediatly : no undetanding with me on that point : everything is clear .
