Sounds like a SLP. A lot of children's toys are BLPs (Big Lumps of Plastic), we need a new category, Small Lump of Plastic. Still a lump of plastic.

Doesn't affect the play value, folks!

Nothing moves except his two shoulder joints and they aren't ball & socket either too... Really disappointing...
