Running away from the theme ACW / Western, decided to make a military of French Legion.
This another custom with Malones's white kepis.

This was the uniform of French Foreign Legion in beginning of 1900 in Morocco - Africa.
The officer in the drawing is a member of French Legion, in this time this king of uniform was very commom.  ;)
Now I just need some camels to my troop.

(I'm not familiar with western themes other than WW1 & WW2 :-[)
1900 is around the same time as my Peking 1900 customs so I suppose the French officers in Peking at that time would wear more or less the same uniform, merci  ;)

He does look very good that blue uniform suits him and just got to love that kepi, makes me think as well of the very nice AM version which is quite similar and comes with a blue greatcoat amongst other pieces  :)

Unfortunately, I don't have enough pieces to make officer.
In Brazil is very difficult to arrange pieces to customize playmobil.
I will make a US Officer of American - Spanish War which is very similar.
