mucho gracias Leonardo!
I must buy some of these rifles then! they are suitable for ACW then?!
and also for sharing the drawings!! I suppose DS will sell those straps separately. If those refle straps are rubbery, they might snap after a few years :-\

I think DS already sell them as electrical leads in the hospital.

If you want any of these or the rifles, cheng, let me know as I am putting in an order next month.

Conceivably these guys could be packing the bolt action rifles as Red Dead takes place in 1910.

Leonardo, in the full sets, the rifles dont come with any straps right? (that's why we dont see any straps in any of those plans...those 3 sets you mentioned)...any reason why you used black instead of brown straps? (more correct or cheaper? do let us know if you have their compartive prices from DS, I might buy some too now that you have enough ;) )

Cheng,
There is not special reason.
I've used black only because I like it and to combine with others itens that are black.  ;)
I've bought it in Brazil, so I don't know prices from DS.  :(
Rifle with brown straps are sets 5245 (2) and 6278 (1).
Binocular with black strap is set 5249
I have sets 4398, 4399, 5245, 5246, 5248, 5249, 5250, 5251, 6214, 6215, 6272, 6273, 6274, 6275, 6276, 6277, 6278, 6279, 6280  so if if need some information is just ask.
Greetings.

thanks Leonardo,
so in set 5249, they only gave a black strap for the binoculars and no straps at all for the 2 rifles which will look odd with those unused holes/clips

but in 5245, they gave only 2 brown straps for 4 rifles? (according to the back box art)
(sorry for digressing again....)

Cheng,

Cheng,
Unfortunately it does. I found this absurd and I was quite upset with the economy done by Playmobil.  >:(
On set 5245 are 4 rifles and 2 brown straps.   :(
On set 5249, are 2 rifles, but none comes with straps.  :'(
Greetings.

Cheng,
More correct is use this new one rifle and the old one with a bayonet.
Here is a image which shows real ACW rifle.
