XI Playmobil Collectors Fair in Barcelona

Our colleagues from Playforos (In Spanish) are showing pics of the XI Playmobil Collectors fair in Barcelona in this thread:

Very nice dioramas! My favorites are the customs of Scooby Doo characters and “the House” in the Victorian theme. Please, pay attention to the way they show the world’s oldest profession. The problem itself is not appropriate for kids but this is not the issue. In my opinion there is no any offensive image and no member of the Spanish forum has said a bad comment, not even a bad word. Actually, I think this display was presented in a tactful way. It is interesting just to know opinions from different cultures…

The HOUSE is truly amazing! But my favorite is the roman :)  - also would like to see more of the egyptians with the slabs of stone - great idea.

I ALMOST decided to go.. but it's been an expensive playmoyear as is.. and to go, I'd have to take a couple of hundred to spend (besides flight/hotel)... maybe next year.

Impressive... did they make the Collossos of Rhodos over there (The giant statue which was on the entrance of the harbour of Rhodos thousands of years ago) Great!
And that house with the oldest profession of the world... what can I say, I live in Amsterdam ;D I'm not offended by that.. ;)

Very nice are the "oldest profession"-house and the civil life diorama that shows how life is in Spain as a result of the financial/economical worldcrisis.

They are all great the attention to detail is really somethign to behold like the drunk guy with the beer keg  ;D  :**: and the woman tied to the rail, taht giant gold Klicky is quite something as well  :o :)
