I made a comparison between the Belgian (practically identical to the German one) 2006/2007 Katalog, and what is still available online in Belgium (as Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg are the first countries in which discontinued sets are no longer available).

Here's the link to the resulting list of discontinued sets for 2007 on the German forum:

(Except for the 5737 Take-Along-Treasure Chest and the new Superset for february, Pirates are gone!! :o Hopefully they'll be replaced!!  :prays:)

Resistance is futile, you will be boarded!

Pirates have been popular lately, I'm sure they have a new series coming out. I was surprised that the zoo is almost all gone, and the shops. Hopefully that means new sets for each.

I would say we are definitely in for some new pirates in 2007!  I agree with you.. I hope there are some replacement sets for zoo and shops as well.

I am also not sad the pink barbarians are gone... but am suprised that there are a lot of 2006 releases already being retired. (Lifeguard set and the skateboarding sets to name a few.)
