I really like the last one
Thanks I just did that one as a bit of a humurous shot and as I said to see how deep it was
Great pictures, DrDalek6! Those trees and the park are really beautiful in the snow.
Thank you it is a great place to work and it looks magicial in the snow just had to stop myself taking to many photos when it snowed hard a few years back I took a mind boggling amount of photos
Lovely photos, the gardens look beautiful in the snow.
I really love the photo where he is wheeling the barrow along the path
I.m very jealous of all that snow, we must be in the only part of the UK that hasn't had any snow
In fact today's been just like summer - rain, rain and more rain!
Elaine
Yes seems like it hasn't got that far North this time I didn't think it had snowed that much on monday morning until I unlocked the door as usual nice depth of slushy, sinky snow only abotu 3 of us clearing and gritting most of the day with the help of our big tractor scrapign it of so we were clearing the paths all day, definate ups and downs to snow in my line of work. I felt a bit sorry for the little fella having to push the barrow all the way up the hill if I'd made him do all the way up he would have been exhausted constantly going back and forth for more grit
he had a good rest after the photo shoot
Great photos! I especially love the ones where his scarf appears to be blowing in the wind.
I too am incredibly jealous of all that lovely snow. We don't ever get to klicky sinking depth, an we only get even flurries of snow once every five years or so. Our record snowfall in my area is three inches.
Thanks I know not everyone likes the snow but, it's a pity if you do like snow and you want to take some some photos but, you jsut don't get the weather for it. Down here it's quite a good laugh listening to our Supervisor and one of the Gardeners moaning about the snow we wound him up yesterday saying loook at the snow on the tree don't you think it's beautiful he said very sarcasitcally oh yes it's marvellous
hope I don't end up that grumpy
Great pics - and I like his scarf!
I'm jealous of the snow too! We get none.
Thanks I made the original green one out of a Council jumper that had already had it's sleeves cut off so I cut the sleeves down further to make some basic sleeping bags for my Action Men I felt sorry for the boys beign out in the cold and I remembered just as I was getting into bed so I made mark I from that and stuck the materials in my bag, did the black ones from off cuts of a jumper which had been cut up to keep the locks warm and dry and I made some checked ones form where my pj's had ripped at the knee
Wonderful pictures and the scarf is very nice indeed. Excellent idea.
Many thanks for sharing.
George.
Thanks glad you like the photos and the scarves
Magnificent pics, drDalek6! Love the scarf and you've put on your little friend some gloves as well!
When you wrote "That's a nice looking tree", you reminded me of Bob Ross, the painter!
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks glad you like them, he borrowed the gloves from my new racing driver I figured he needed them more in this weather
great pictures
wow!
i love the photos , your lil man looks like he has a brilliant time exploring with you .
Thanks I'm sure he does his friend from BTCV normally accompanies him but, I figured he might get cold in his tshirt
