Hi

Steck-system is great. In my opinion it offers you a lot of possibilities. But, some times you have to cut/saw some of the parts if you want to make bigger buildings, for example the floor plate.

Since Wesley Myers mentioned Sweetwater: Sweetwater is "my" western town. One of the last buildings I made was a huge saloon (that I didn't post at tricornejock). In this case, I had to saw the floor plates, the awnings and a few other things. To show you what's possible with a lot of Steck-parts, a saw and some glew: Here are some pics.

Cheers

Wow, this is an awesome creation! I love that there is even a balcony looking down... a good place for someone to try to shoot from. ;) Really well done.

That is one awesome looking western saloon. I could not cut  up all the parts necessary for such a nice looking building but would rather have Geobra understand (again) that having playmobil as a building system is a good thing. Stecks or system x is the better choice than the new clip junk

Thanks for sharing your beautiful creation, you really make a proper sized building where the interior can have all the important elements. The bed room, office, piano player, bar, plenty of tables and as bb pointed out that great interior balcony  :cowboy:

Wow, that's amazing! Thanks for sharing!

Great use of those floor/incomplete ceiling pieces! I've benn TRYING to do something with them, but the sizes just don't play well with others :(, and I don't really trust myself cutting them up! :-[

Hi all

Thank you for your compliments. The sawing part is not as difficult as you maybe think. It's all about "learning by doing"  ;)
