Outdoors work and play photos
« on: January 03, 2013, 21:37:51 »
Hello I've taken a fair few photos of the guys outside exploring and helping out and hopefully when I've got some tools and find the time and a good setting I'll take plenty more photos of them working so thought I'd stick them together in this thread.

First off my custom BTCV figures exploring the Botanical Gardens

He's called Simon and for those who don't know he's mention to look like one of the guys from BTCV hence his name

Exploring one of my favourite areas of the garden the Rock and Water Garden, I do most of the hands on maintenance for the pond as anyone who knows me will tell you if there's a pond about I'll find it and dive in it  ;D always there with my wellies, pond net and the rest of the gear I love anything wet/slimy/muddy

I love the light on these photos taken in amognst the leaves of our big Sequioa (Swamp Cypress) tree it's a lvoely tree grea autumn colour but, it drops loads of leaves in the pond  >:(

On this particular day it was very cold and foggy alright when you're working but, you get numb fingers when you're eating lunch, fortunately we had a good supply of wood for the fire so we can have hot drinks

"Hey can you give us a hand?"

"Look how cold it is even the flower's frosted!"

Generally speaking I'm not keen on having people in the background but, I think in this case the way it's come out particularly with the fog it looks quite effective

Great pics!

(what's the "B"? The van says TCV... You probably said already, I remember seeing the custom done, but can't remember the letters - my poor old head)
