Gotta agree that display looks very smart great way to show off your collection and looks as though it doens't take up to much space either. Love both those sets the colours and elegant simple design of that old set a Bullldozer is it? is lovely and it looks like new but, that Shell garage set I remember seeing that or something similar in my old catalogues seeing it in the flesh (well sort of) it looks beautiful very detailed with all the little writing and pumps and petrol prices etc. it's well equipped and nice figures with it as well   :)

 :love: thanks all.

@DrDalek6:
Nope that isn't a bulldozer, it's the Snow Clearance Vehicle set 3454

@Birdie:
Not yet  :P (but i'm getting there  ;D :lol: ) (NOTE to SELF: Stop buying.... :-[ 8} :help: :prays: )

I'll do a review of the gas-station, it's great. So much stuff and details.  :)9
There's actually another, smaller version too, but that's not so nice as this one.

I also bought the earlier version (still in transit), the 3437 Shell MISB  :-[ :love:

JAY! today two small boxes arrived, i had been waiting for a while for those.

First up the 3915 USA Special Police motorcycle, so proud i got that MISB for a reasonable price!

BUT, i would have thought this motorcycle would carry the number 1915 on the plate, NOT.  :hmm: ::)
It is 3986 just as the "regular" version. So that answers my earlier questions about this. Well it goes back in the box and in the display ;-)

Secondly i got a deal on the 7528 red-trike MISB:

Third unpacked motorcycle:

Reviews will follow shortly.

Ah cool my mistake that's what I need to get my men for winter time alogn with a vehicle to put some grit in then they can help us clear the snow from the paths in comfort and style instead of pushing loads of wheelbarrows up our steep hill  ;) nonetheless it's a great vehicle. The earlier version you've shown in the photo looks like the one I'm thinging of it always looked like a great set it would be nice to see it in closer detail.

Those new set all look really good ncie layout on the MIB police bike the hippy style one loooks quite good but, that new Polcie one is the one which really caught my eye loooks like nice colours and design and plenty of accessories which make it good value  :)

Wow, that Shell station is a fantastic find! This seems to be the only type of licensing playmobil has done -- automotive-related brands. Congratulations on finding it MISB! Btw, those gas prices on the sign make it quite a relic, don't they?

If it's per litre then they're rather contemporary for here.

I always took the pricing to be in litres as a kid - but showing the high price of fuel in Europe, not the inexpensive price in Canada.

If it were from the USA and gallons, yeah, I can see it being old.
