A Jingasa is a "chinese" hat, Mike.
Only, it's Japanese, made of iron, and was worn by the Ashigaru, the Japanese footmen. It does have the same flat cone shape as the Asian wicker hats.
You can have the design printed in HD resin, but I found out this resin doesn't work for small parts, and I had to cancel half of my order.
@ Doug: I think Steck parts would be very expensive with this process, even if you mean to make a dozen resin casts and sell them.
@ Cheng: to create helmets, I first had to create a clicky head. To make belts or collars, I will need to make a torso, and THAT is really difficult.
