New and not so very new western fort
« on: November 07, 2012, 19:32:28 »
Hello  :)

This new western fort (5245), is it compatible with the not so very new forts like 7936 (fort Eagle add on) and 3023 (fort Eagle)? Do they all use the same System X connections? Is it possible to use them all to build a mega fortress?

I don't actually have 7936 or 3023, so I can't tell you definitively. It does look like they have similar connections, though. Hopefully someone has them and can answer.

Thank you for your answer.

From the pictures, it looks like the new fort has pointy stockade, while the "old" forts are more round or smooth at the top of the stockade. Also the "murder holes" in the middle of the walls are different. So even if they physically fit, it will be quite obvious that they are not the same type.

However, I guess this can be more or less camouflaged by having a tower or something between new and "old" walls - if they both are System X.

Time will show  :)
