Before I started collection one of these walked away from our local mom and pop shop. It did not make it to prime time TV news though. Is there really nothing going on in this town that this makes the news?

She really does look distraught about it. It is replaceable and here insurance should cover the theft but I think they are not really that expensive. The deductible is probably more. I think they used to be around $300 but that was a while ago. I think they are exagerating the $1000 price. Our store would never put a $1000 clown and knight out front of their store to be broken up every year.

Great advertising, seeing as any advertising is good advertising but when they said "dreams" and the camera focused on the full sized pirate @ 0:35 was priceless . Then when the narrator said "a grown womans dreams were dashed" and the camera panned on the Victorian modern house and the wedding  :lol: "were dashed by a selfish claud"  and the camera panned on the future planet klicky :lol: :lol: :lol: great editing  :lol:

My shop told me that they are actually Free but that it costs $600 to ship them from Germany... so they cost $600 as of a year ago when they ordered their last one... terrible business though, someone stealing one.

Aw, that's sad, I really feel bad for her! :( The big issue they said was they could only order them once a year, so they can't order until next August. I think geobra should make an exception, surely insurance would cover the cost as Ras said.

And where is Beaver County? I want to go! ;D

For I could find it is in Alberta, Canada.
