I like them all but I think that something is missing from the king.
Maybe you must use more long beard for him.

Look good, maybe try a crown on the king like your avatar has, and the longer beard?

Mine aren't so colourfull-but that's a matter of taste.I'd use the longer beards, and give them mostly axes as weapons.

They all look good! But I agree with needing longer beards. But they are still cool!
