With this one, the colours of his clothes are quite different then the ones in the books, and the colours are now based on a drawing (attached) which De Moor made in 1979 for the celebration of Tintin's 50th anniversary.
In the drawing you see Tintin being carried by Cori and others; here Tintin was not drawn by Hergé as one might expect, but by De Moor, who was a close collaborator to Hergé (as was Jacques Martin, author of the ''Alex'' comicbooks, with adventures situated in the ancient Roman Empire) and De Moor worked with Hergé on a lot of Tintin-albums.
If the ''Adventures of Tintin'' should have ever been continued after Hergé's death in 1983 (f.e. the completion of the unfinished album ''Tintin & the Alpha Art''), Bob De Moor with his drawing-skills would have been the ideal person to continue the series...
