I think that torso is perfect. Reminds me of my brother's Long John Silver costume when he was a kid.

I'm not too excited about him, but I think he is a nice harbor master..

Hm, I like him, but the colors seem very bright. Is he really bright orange or is it just my computer?

Now that I look at his picture, bb, I dont like him at all  :lol: :lol: :lol: Lighting does make him look like orange bright, but he is supposed to be red. Scratch that one out, he's going back to become spare parts...

Well if he's actually red, then it's ok. It's just construction-worker orange that doesn't work. :lol:

Funny, I thought he was really good. :)
He reminded me of the earlier sets because there wasn't very much printing and it was a simple but good design.

I think the harbour master is one of the best yet. He looks simple, which is exactly what makes it such a good custom.

Great customs Panos.i have tried to put a shoulder zone before put the coat on klicky, for rapier, and it fits nice!But you will have already tested that!

If you have kneetrousers (beige or white ones) with white stockings left from the new Redcoats, I'd swap the legs... And a white or black swordbelt instead of the golden one...  :toot:
Btw, if you need more navy-torsos, the 3740 schooner captain/admiral's torso will be available again with the RC-schooner next year  ;)  :captain:

He is quite nice  ;)
But did you rub off the print from a Redocat's coat? I've only seen this red coat with prints on... I'd give him the same coat but with the prints still on, that would make him a lit less bright and it would match well with the hat and boots I think.
Otherwise, you could add a black sword-shoulderbelt (for fat klickies, so it goes over the coat) and an eyepatch-head to counter the brightness...
