I would guess it's from around 2006, since the sticker sheet on PlaymoDB has 2006 printed on it. :)

they selling those sometimes for 1 euro in germany in REAL Shop. just ask someone too look for it

I too find it to be a cute set, but then I find all playmobil to be "cute"
