Hells bells Ras, I am exhausted just reading this.  8}  I am glad you has so much help.  Your wife is a gem, I hope you tell her that often!  I think it is great that your friend was inspired to help you next year with the set up.  he sounds like a great inspiration.  Hope you took lots of pictures!

Yesterday was a short day 12pm to 7 pm. Today (Saturday) in a few hours it will be from 10am to 6pm and I expect lots, lots more people. A wonderful member recently sold me a bunch of plastic track () and in the box was a medium LEGO bag that was cut open to look like a poster, I think I will hang it up over the display   :P

While at the show I keep setting up stuff so I will start taking pictures today. I think it turned out ok for someone shooting from the hip  ;)
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

I assume you've emailed Sarah a couple of times asking where the stuff is. I will let Anna know it did not show up in time for the show. It should not have been that difficult.

You've obviously done a great job, Ras, and I look forward to seeing the pictures.

A great shame Playmobil USA couldn't get it's act together!

Sounds like a lot of work! And really great that your friend seems to have gotten interested in helping you. Maybe we'll have a new collector among us! I hope you're joking about telling everyone it's Lego. >:(

Ah, that's too bad that the stuff didn't show up in time (if it was sent). It sounds like it turned out well though with the crowds, and I look forward to seeing some pictures!

Glad to hear it is going well Ras, It's hard work, but well worth it, isn't it?  A pity that the catalogues didn't arrive though.
Like you, I added bits and pieces all weekend at our exhibition. One good thing is that anything you forget to add no-one but you knows about anyway
Look forward to seeing the photos.

I want to bring a bag of marbles and some catapults. A friend who visited suggested that I put up a sign that reads "Step right up ,launch a bomb and try to kill some Indians for only $1 a shot"  :P Wild Wild West yee haaa

Er, that'll probably look a wee bit racist.
