Error Message on playmodb

I just want to make sure that I'm not the only one receiving the "software error" message when attempting to search the database. I've been getting the message for the past 10 hours, at least!

Did you email Heather to let her know about the error message?

She might be doing some maintenance which isn't yet completed, or perhaps her host has changed a setting somewhere.

I emailed Heather but received the following reply from the email provider:

So there is something wrong with the whole site

I recently got a pretty big Playmobil lot locally and I'm at a complete loss trying organize it all! Can't wait for the much needed help of playmodb!

No I haven't, not yet. It's possible she's really busy with something else right now and hasn't a chance to check in on things. I'm sure she will get in fixed shortly, so no need to worry. We all tend to panic every time it goes down. I guess we realize just how much we need it when it isn't there.
