WOW, what a wonderful diorama you crated Gordon. I really enjoyed looking at it all, wish I could see it in person.
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

Thanks for the pics the of the Kirkbean exhibition, Gordon
(btw, is Spockadder the nextby town?  ;D)

I had expected a large railway-display from you, I had no idea place was rather limited. Nevertheless you've put together a very nice display!

While a courting couple are meeting up again (they haven't seen each other since last February at the Knaresborough exhibition!):

Resistance is futile, you will be boarded!

Many wonderfull little details going on.

I like the clicky burried under the sand at the beach (although those children seem to be standing with other adults some pictures earlier, did they just bury a sleeping stranger under the sand?  )

And is it just me or does it look like theres something going on between the red haired mailwoman and the fellow receiving the letter? Or maybe shes just bringing good news.  ;)

Many thanks, Erwin.     But no Spockadder I'm afraid!   :)

Elaine offered me a larger area, but space in the car was the limiting factor as regards the size of the layout.  The exhibition at Knaresborough earlier this year (http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=10598.0) was much nearer to home (50 miles with the rear window largely blocked is one thing,  nearly 200 quite another) and so I could load the car up much more, plus as Diane stayed at home on that occasion I had more room in the car for stuff.

The actual area for the train was 8ft by 8ft and there was about 40ft of track all told.  One of the problems with a railway layout is whether it's a railway or a diorama with the railway as just part of it, and in the end I went for the latter.

There are an awful lot of twins in the Playmobil world!   :)

Maybe the answer is "Yes" to both questions!
