Really like you steck approach  . I also like that  big wooden balcony , looks very good with steck actually !!!! 

PS : which parts number and in which sets are thosen wooden support beams under your balcony design ? There are too long to be from the safari / train storage building sets right? are they different ??

I'm very glad that you noticed the wooden balcony , I like it very much.
Those wooden support beams,are steck parts and you can find these, only in the farm set 3716.
