It is called "Sinterklass helpers".
The red mouths are weird though...

Yes it's real. It's on the Dutch PM FB page, if I remember correctly. Here in France we don't say Hollande anymore, it's bad luck. We say The Netherlands!

Strictly speaking, Holland is only one part (state?) of The Netherlands, so the real name of the country is The Netherlands.  In the UK, the name the Low Countries used to be used.
