PCEMS custom blood pressure cuff.

I had a brain spurt this morning regarding an item that has long been lacking in the Playmobil Rescue & medical themes. A blood pressure cuff is needed to evaluate a Klicky's medical status, sooooo,..... after 30 minutes of doodling, this is my version of a long needed, but severely ignored medical instrument, the Klicky blood pressure cuff!

Awesome BB! An everday item that was missing from the playmo world. I'm trying to identify the part used to make the meter, what is that?
