looks like a radioactivity warning band....he must have travelled back in time using somekind of nuclear powered technology :)

Hm, I thought it was a custom of a blind man (although I would have thought that the stick would have been white) and that maybe the badge was to show he was blind.  But you're right, cheng, it does look a bit like a "hazard" warning of some sort.

  Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!
