Awesome customs! Your avatar Klicky is my favorite. As for the hat on the 4th custom, for me its the 1st hat ( lighter ) I like it because it helps pull color of his hands and face together and breaks up the darker colors on him, ( just my opinion ) but you can't go wrong either way. You really do great work.

Ditto! I think the lighter hat "enlightens" the figure. (is "enlighten" a word? I know embiggens isn't one, even though it's a quote from Jebediah Springfield!)

btw what backpack is your avatar carrying and did you drill or just used glue for the blanket roll? what glue?

I like the feather behind the native indian, how did you attach it?
