Is it posible to change the place the door is....placed? I mean, is it posible to move it to one of the sides of the house?

No. :( Unfortunately, the wall with the door in it is wider than the other walls, so it wouldn't fit anywhere else using that baseplate. Now, I haven't really tried this out, but it's possible that with adding other parts, you could use regular system x baseplates with these walls to make a regular-shaped house. You would definitely have to use a different roof, though, as this one is just four... or five(?) big pieces that are very specific to the shape of this house. I haven't tried that though, and I'm not sure all the walls are standard system x widths, in which case that wouldn't work.

Also, if the door were somewhere else, you'd have to use different front steps, as those ones are angled to fit the corner.

Just extra wall pieces I had lying around. I have an enormous bin of system x parts from various buildings.

Do you know if the first two floors of 5302 have the same space with 4279 city house?Which house worths more? And if I buy 3 extensions separately, can I build my own 5302,by using one normal 5302 baseplate as first floor etc?I don't care about the attic!

I don't have the city house, so I can't say for sure, but I believe it is smaller than this house.

Yes, I think if you ordered the baseplate, as well as the front steps, you could build one with just the floor extensions. You would have the same wallpapers on every floor that way (the ones that are in the two kids' bedrooms come with the extension), but they are just pre-applied stickers that can be peeled off so you can have plain walls. The extension comes with a balcony, window boxes, curtains, and a staircase.

And another question. Each floor can be divided in 3 rooms,in the space I want (for example in case that I want small bathroom, and bigger the other rooms of the floor).

Yep. One of the rooms has to be really small, because your options are limited on where to put walls. But you can make two big rooms and one small.

Excellent custom project, bb! It's great to have help from the agency's that tried to save the first home that the Leonards lost.
Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!

I was sticking to look it for much time!!!It's very perfect!!!!!If I don't have the central baseplate of ground floor, can I use a normal baseplate of other floors?
The part 30 21 4602 (Floor of house, angled, ground storey with lowered curved area, double thic) is not available in Greece in DS Store!

Yep, they don't know what they would do without the help of the fire department particularly!

Yes, you could just use the baseplate from the other floors, you just wouldn't have stairs leading up to the house that way. But it's the same shape and all.
