It looks brilliant.  I especially like the walls you  have added to create extra rooms and more realistic bathrooms.   :)
The curtains on the first floor-do they come with the mansion?

A wonderful custom, Bonnie, and a very generous police and fire dept.  I, too, like the dog in the shower - a very neat and homely touch (especially as that breed of dog could find mud in the middle of a desert!).

Are the Leonard's sueing their insurance company for damages as the compan y clearly didn't protect their personal data properly and should, at least, honour the insurance policy as the error was the company's.

I still find the L shape odd, how is it in reality? Will it only be usefull on a corner lot or will it look decent on a street setting amongst 5300's and 5301's?

In reality it doesn't look that odd. It's not really a 90 degree angle, so from the front it doesn't look as... bent as you'd think it would. In fact, I've seen plently of real houses that aren't just a plain rectangle but have more of an L or U shape, with the door not being at the very front. I think it you just had it with the front door facing front, it would look fine next to other houses. And I really love the way the shape gives it so much more space inside, and room to get your hands in there to arrange things. When I looked at just the baseplate, it looked rather small, but once it's put together, it's amazing how much room there is. Kind of like when you look at the slab of a house before they start adding walls, and it looks so tiny.

Thank you guys! :)

Yep. I really love the curtains, they're a soft, pliable plastic, rather than cloth, but I think they look good. Wish they weren't all pink, though.

(especially as that breed of dog could find mud in the middle of a desert!).

 Quite true! This family is planning to have a great dane for their next dog. ;)

Yes the Leonards are in the process of trying to sue the insurance company, but the circumstances surrounding the error were very complex, and it looks as though the lawsuit may take several years. :-\

I love all the details! I have never seen that fishtank before. Is it playmobil?

I have been thinking about changing my name to Gaston Leonard. Do you think I could live there?

As Panos have said:  :hissyfit: I want one too!!  :hissyfit:

Yes, the aquarium is playmobil (I LOVE it). It's from the 4282 - Living Room.

Is it posible to change the place the door is....placed? I mean, is it posible to move it to one of the sides of the house?

Good luck, insurance companies are in business to collect monthly money, not pay it out in large sums  >:D

Now that you came to those conclusions I really want to open ours  :woohoo:
