I try to make each of then unique, with the hairs/faces... If you don't want beards, you can have freckles (for a red head or blonde), the eyebrows ("angry" or "normal", like the wandering monk), or an eyepatch (I seem to almost have a greyhaired soldier with one - my sister has started to laugh at it)...   

As for hairs, depends which styles you want to use, and then you can have one in each color.

Ah i see what you mean, different facial features for each of them. Its just that these particular guys are supposed to be a very special bodyguard for the Grand Admiral, so I thought uniformity must go past the uniform.
